Like most people, I find solace in living in my head, away from the harsh realities of life. While some see it as a defense mechanism, others view it as a selfish act. However, it is essential to understand that everyone copes with life’s challenges differently. Living in the headspace is not necessarily a bad thing; it can be a way to process emotions and protect oneself from the outside world’s negativity. It is crucial to acknowledge that sometimes, I need to take a step back and prioritize my mental health. So, if living in the headspace works for you, embrace it, but also remember to seek help when needed.
